Each watch band is carefully handmade and takes time to create, using thoughtfully selected materials. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Thank you so much for your kind understanding and support of handmade work.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
